i feel like a weight has been lifted! I just finished my exam this friday & i have three straight days off work! it feels weird not having to wake up early. the last week i have just been studying & working (on repeat). this weekend has also been very busy. Justin & Mary-anne’s birthday was this weekend. On friday, I had my last exam, worked until closing & took justin to his birthday dinner at Earl’s. The food was so good that I didn’t even mind waiting since it was so busy that day. I’m definetly going back there again! I recommend the penne pasta & the steak! On saturday, I worked from 930-600, then went to Justin’s birthday dinner at Akita. Then we went to Mary-Anne’s house at 12:00 to surprise her for her 21st birthday & give her presents aka raptors tickets (: Today i went to my THIRD dinner (yes i’m fat), with my family & family friend at boston pizza & watched the raptors vs. houston rockets. Then went to square one to do some shopping. Busy busy weekend. & now i have two days to rest (:

&& yes i know i’ve been lagging w/ my posts..
&& so it’s the start of week twelve, which means that I need to start buckling up & focusing on school. I have three exams but one is a take home which means i don’t really have to study as much & it’s stupid ethics. My christmas holidays start on December 11th woohoo, which is pretty early but they are making us go back to school on the 21st for preceptorship orientation just cause they suck.

yes, my week starts on fridays! clinical went well except that i was bored half the time but it’s better than last week where there was something to do every second. after clinical justin tried to surprise me, but it failed yet again because of me LOL! i still got a wonderful surprise nevertheless though. we played 2k10, which i sucked terribly! after we went to intercolor, which i hate since all my titas & titos are there & justin played his first game back (y). it was green vs tan & it was a pretty good game i must say.. except that they took 10 minutes out of the game cause people came late! ended up going to playdium which i unexpectedly enjoyed greatly since i haven’t been there in ages. yes, i am such a kid.
yesterday, went to boston pizza for my FREE birthday meal, yumm. & got FIVE dollar discount too.. woohoo! after, watched law abiding citizen w/ my lovers, which i have been waiting forever to watch. it was pretty good i must say. worth the wait! ended up going to our spot after, crabby joes & caught the last match of UFC. i think the guy w/ the black shorts/asian guy did good! but it seems that everyone wanted white shorts/eyes to win! i don’t know how i caught the last three UFC fights by coincidence!.. anyways crabby joes failed us by not having half off appetizers like we expected but all in all it was a good day!
today went to costoco to finally get my contacts, my prescription went up SOOO much that i think i may be blind. ended up getting yoga pants woohoo.. so maybe i shall do some yoga.
&& birthday/birthday party this friday. i don’t want to talk about how annoyed i am but i hope all is well. it’s a bonus that nothing is really due this week (:

i only had one class today but damnnnn was it boring. no clinical this week, computer training & lab, yay (note the sarcasm). i’m looking forward to the bright bright weekend ahead. on friday, apparently two of my friends were planning to do something for their birthdays (seperately), but they have no definitive plans so i don’t count it as a plan until they do! on saturday, we are off to hamilton for jammins 21st. i feel like i haven’t gone out OUT with everyone in years.. how sad. i’ve started my quest for a job since i didn’t want to keep missing out on stuff due to financial issues & i think i have a lead. crossing my fingers that all goes well (: volleyball tomorrow, currently (5-1), we are getting there!

Montreal/Ottawa Weekend. i’m sad that i don’t get to go to NYC this weekend to celebrate my cousin’s 16th birthday, but i enjoyed my weekend w/ my lovely cousins here & in ottawa & montreal. drive IN movies w/ funnel cakes (the ugly truth & year one). watching funny people. figure out how soap was made in waterloo. my cousin & her moccassins. went to parliament w/ long ass lines & saw the queen. finally got to swim in a swimming pool that was half indoor & outdoor. walking the streets of downtown montreal. horse & carriage ride w/ mr love the horse. montreal shopping. montreal poutine. beaver tails, best dessert ever! & etc. now i can’t wait for florida to come! i need a vacation again..

birthday’s galore. happy birthday dear monica. i can’t believe we’re gonna make it four years together. after all the all-nighters for essays, crappy teacher for clinical. teachers w/ accents & trying to figure out whether he’s gay. playing soduku in class. stupid projects & people leaving our group, hating the people in our group & our one hour breaks.. AND THAT STUPID TEACHER again (: looking forward to surviving another year of that.
